I learned about this practice when I took my grandson for an appointment while visiting Ohio. I was amazed at how gentle and reassuring the staff was during his appointment. They took great care to ensure he was comfortable at every step. That isn’t easy with a 6 year old. While in Ohio my bridge became detached. I called and they were able to fit me into their schedule the next morning. Dr Cao was able to reattach my bridge and advised me to seek a permanent solution when I get home. During the repair Dr Cao informed me about what she was doing and why. I have not experienced that with any other dentist. In short, I was very positively impressed with my experience. If I lived in this area permanently I would not hesitate to come to Dr Cao for my dental needs.

I had my first visit to the office of Dr. Sean and Dr. Vanessa and I was overwhelmed with the friendliness and care from all of the staff. I have anxiety with dental visits and the staff listened to my concerns and eased my anxiety. The visit was very professional and the care was exceptional. They even have massage chairs, complimentary beverages, and chapstick! It was a great experience and I strongly recommend this practice.

Yes and No. I need to understand how you can justify the fee for my treatment. My treatment costs translate to approximately $500 per hour and seems particularly high when the Doctor is not involved. On the plus side the music was good but given the length of the procedure a massage chair would be a nice touch. The staff is to be commended for their professionalism.

It felt like I had to wait longer than usual for Dr. Montswil’s exam. Not a big deal, but between waiting 10 minutes to be called back and the extra time waiting for Dr. M it felt like a somewhat longer appt. than usual – which causes me a little stress since I had my appt. over lunch hour and don’t have any extra time. The hygienist (sorry I don’t remember her name) did an excellent job – I didn’t experience any sensitivity any time during my cleaning.

The hygienist was not the one I typically have. She was not gentle and seemed “new” to the field. She poked my chin with the pick and did not even realize. She stuck her finger in my eye socket, dropped a large amount of toothpaste on my face after polishing, and let the end of the floss lay on my eyelid all without seeming to realize. She was also very rough in how she handled my mouth and the tools. She did not realize to use a child’s size tool for the xrays (or just position the tool correctly). She was very nice but it was not pleasant and I usually love getting my teeth cleaned! I did speak with Dr. Monstwil afterwards and was reassured that the hygienist was just helping them out. Thank you!

No, and I will be honest as to why. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. I am not understanding why when Evan was given the second dose of numbing around his tooth being pulled, we didn’t need to wait for it to start numbing. The work was immediately started??He said that was the worst pain he’s ever had and he has a high tolerance. And the explanation that he started before you touched him doesn’t make sense.

Cool technology from e-mail outreach to wireless digital x-rays to wrist-watch blood pressure monitor, I hope all those gadgets were free! I was impressed that the hygienist was thorough in examination and execution of cleaning (I noticed Katie went back over areas 2 or even 3 that required more cleaning). That tells me she takes pride in her work and that’s the kind of people I want to work with. I suggested to the lady at the front desk that you send calendar invitations with your appointment e-mails. I find that this is the most effective way that I can prevent being tardy or completely missing my scheduled events. Since the calendar is sync’d with my mobile devices and computer, I get automated reminders on several frequently used devices. I imagine reducing your “missed appointments” would be valuable.
